Evan Lichterman, originally from Memphis, TN, and a proud alumnus of the University of Arkansas, is Vice President at Airstream Realty, where he specializes in land brokerage, retail brokerage, and tenant representation. Before joining Airstream Realty, Evan was senior associate of brokerage at Victory Real Estate Group. He focuses on sourcing rural assembled acreage for his clients in North Texas and around the DFW metroplex for investment opportunities/1031 exchanges, large developments, or personal use/ranch land.
Evan has collectively and successfully facilitated transactions involving the acquisition and disposition of thousands of acres for his clients, as well as 450K+ square feet leased (both landlord and tenant representation).
